itching eyes, halos, dry eyes?????

i had lasik 1 year ago in January. and i was wondering if any one else has had the trouble of seeing halo and itching eyes and dry eye, my eye doctor put in pugs in my tear ducts but dosent seem to help at all. is there anything they can do for halos???

Hi,

All of these issues are topics that you need to discuss with your surgeon.

In general:

1. Itching is not related to LASIK eye surgery.
2. Dryness can be overcome with lubrication, medications or plugs.
3. The most common cause of halos is leftover nearsightedness or astigmatism that could potentially be fixed with an enhancement procedure.

But, again, only your surgeon can provide you with answers. Please let us know what he/she says.
